Our "Interact" product provides a fully customisable business workflow management solution.
 

At it's core, Interact provides serialized tracking of items in, around and out of your business, and optionally provides tracking of the product back into the field.

Providing the product that you wish to track has a serial number, Interact can keep track of it for you. Current uses of Interact include tracking:-

Every user within your company will be issued with a login to Interact and each activity that they carry out on the product within your business will be recorded against the job card for the product, along with the date and time, allowing full history tracking and activity reporting. This allows:-

Full cycle audit tracking
User performance reporting
Filtered history for customer reporting
Financial activity reporting
 

When you chose to purchase Interact for your business, a business requirements analysis will be carried out to identify the appropriate configuration of Interact for your requirements. Any individual customisation needs, such as integration with third party systems, for example finance or human resources, will be identified and our development team will prepare the additional modules.

Interact will then be prepared in the correct configuration for your business and preparations will be made to provide installation, training and data migration where required.
